About me

I’m a husband, father, educator, and strategist—raised on discipline, faith, and the belief that Black and Brown kids deserve the very best this country has to offer.

Family

I’m married to Amber, and together we’re raising three incredible sons, Jaxon, Mason, and Grayson. Our home is loud, loving, and full of sports, homework, big questions about life, and plenty of jokes. They are my “why” behind every role I take on.

Leadership story

From a childhood shaped by a single mother’s resolve, to classrooms, principal offices, and the superintendent’s chair, my journey has always been about more than titles. It’s about building systems that honor people—especially those our systems were never designed for.

I’ve led school launches, district partnerships, and community development projects, often in moments of disruption and change. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, equity, and execution.
